We need an experienced software development manager or project manager with strong business analysis skills. Candidate may also currently be a lead developer who wants to step up into a more challenging role. Must be able to manage technical software development requirements and technical implementation plans, as well translate the customer and management*s needs for business application functional specifications into technical specifications to be used by developers to design, develop, code and implement desired, complex functionality * especially as it relates to video surveillance and security products used for security purposes.

Candidates need to come from a technical development background as a senior or lead developer or Architect or Development leadership, must have experience from any of these security related industries: preferably a Visual C++ background and some C#, Visual Studio .NET, VS 2008 preferred or Visual C++, or VB.NET.

Strong business aptitude and Microsoft development aptitude as applied the financial securities software development arenas. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent problem solving and solution building skills, Technically savvy with the ability to multi-task effectively, User interface design principles and general practices, Knowledge of client-side development practices and standards, Excited about and interested in exploring new and emerging, technologies and methods, Strong analytical, technical, verbal and written communication skills, Marketing/Business aptitude, Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor*s degree highly preferred (Master*s degree or MBA a plus), 2-3+ years experience as a lead developer or senior developer (C# or C++ or OOP)/product owner/product manager/or developer in the securities industry. Preferable computer science background or information technology degree is acceptable
