The SVEX-IR is a high-performance explosion proof infrared illuminator designed for use in hazardous zones where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may be present. Engineered with a robust stainless steel body and certified to the Exd II CT6 Gb / Ex tD A21 IP68 T80℃ standard, this illuminator enhances low-light and night-time surveillance with powerful infrared lighting up to 150 meters.

Built with 304 or 316L stainless steel, the SVEX-IR offers outstanding corrosion resistance, making it ideal for offshore platforms, refineries, and chemical plants. Its rugged design is IP68-rated, ensuring full protection against dust, moisture, and temporary submersion—perfect for demanding indoor or outdoor industrial environments.

Withstanding temperatures from -40°C to +60°C and high humidity levels up to 95%, the SVEX-IR performs reliably in extreme weather and climate conditions.

Powerful Infrared Illumination

The SVEX-IR delivers up to 150 meters of infrared lighting distance, significantly improving visibility for security cameras operating in total darkness. The unit also supports light control, allowing operators to adjust intensity or timing according to surveillance needs. For flexibility, a white light version is also available upon request.

Flexible Power Options and Easy Integration

Designed for compatibility with a variety of power systems, the SVEX-IR supports AC100~240V, AC24V, DC24V, DC12V, and PoE+ (DC48V) inputs. With 25W power consumption (excluding heating or ventilation features), it provides high efficiency without compromising output.

The unit includes a single cable thread hole (M25x1.25 or M27x1.25) and can be wall-mounted using standard brackets, making installation straightforward even in tight or complex locations.
